About the Role: As a permanent Relief General Manager , you will support multiple Care Communities within QLD. Your leadership ensures stability during periods of transition, leave coverage, or rapid operational needs, always keeping residents, families, and team wellbeing at the centre. This pathway role offers rich exposure to different community environments while building the capability and confidence required to progress into a substantive General Manager position.
