Seasonal Casual Retail Stylist Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Provide exceptional customer styling and shopping experience during peak season About The Role Seasonal Retail Stylist Position At Armadale Boutique We are getting ready for our busiest season of the year and are looking to bring on board a number of new retail stylists on seasonal, temporary contracts from December at our Armadale boutique. At Assembly Label, we're building a team of collaborative entrepreneurs, collectively working for a company with a shared vision and open culture. To be successful in this role you will be able to deliver an authentic customer experience and drive sales targets, and be comfortable working during our busy Christmas trade. Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value. Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures. Working alongside the State Manager and Store Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.
