Full-Time | Immediate Start | Creative Role in a Growing Print Team Document Management Tasmania is looking for a talented Graphic Artist to join our dynamic print and production team. We work with businesses across Tasmania to deliver high-quality print, branding and document solutions—and we’re searching for someone creative, detail-driven, and customer-focused to help bring our clients’ ideas to life. About the Role Create high-quality artwork, layouts and design files for print Prepare and pre-flight files for a range of print and finishing processes Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions Assist our print production team to ensure accurate and timely output Maintain brand consistency across projects and client materials Communicate clearly with customers, providing support and advice when needed What We’re Looking For Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the print industry Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) A solid understanding of colour management, file setup and print workflows Excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities Customer service skills highly desirable – ability to speak confidently with clients, take briefs and provide recommendations Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to working in a small team environment Why Join Document Management Tasmania?
