Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented. We work with long-term clients, including L’Oréal, Maybelline, Groupe Marcelle, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lowe’s, RONA, Walmart , and many others. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate (with flexibility to negotiate based on your experience and qualifications) + mileage reimbursement Flexible weekday hours that fit your lifestyle Exciting, hands-on projects with Canada’s top brands Work variety – new locations, new challenges Independent Contractor Status – Enjoy the autonomy and flexibility of an IC role What You’ll Do: Set up or update store fixtures according to planograms Complete cosmetic resets and installations Communicate directly with Store or Cosmetic Managers Independently track and document your work using user-friendly digital tools Submit daily updates through our online platform at your own pace Work in new store locations regularly, adding variety to your day What You Need: Merchandising experience + Strong knowledge ofPlanograms/MODs Experience not required, will provide training Excellent attention to detail Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital tools and platforms Strong multitasking and time management skills Effective communication skills Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team What You Bring: Access to a reliable vehicle and/or transportation Smartphone and internet access Availability for 4 – 5 weekdays per week with flexibility to manage your own schedule Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Availability for project-specific dates Training start date: January 5th Additional requirements may be outlined by the Field Manager who coordinates based on client demands.
