Your role You will join a team comprised of Australia’s most respected advisors and become a part of the country’s largest network of Virtuoso agents – connecting you to the world’s best luxury travel advisors, suppliers, and industry partners. Every day is different and every itinerary is unique. As a personal Travel Advisor, you will research, design, book and manage every little detail from start to finish, leaving no stone unturned, to ensure every trip is seamless for your luxury clientele. Qualifications Experience working as a travel consultant, including experience in leisure travel. Prior experience working with GDS and sound knowledge of constructing airfares. Ambition and confidence to operate your own business within a business – you will be focussed on delivering exclusive benefits to every single client in order to build and maintain your repeat and referral database, generated through our luxury and local marketing avenues. Exceptional attention to detail and a true passion for ensuring every part of your client’s trip is unforgettable. Benefits Guaranteed Earnings for your first six months – equivalent to an annualised salary of $75,000 + super to provide financial security whilst you establish your own database of curated clientele. Uncapped Earnings with a base wage + commissions – currently an annual average earnings of $110,000 OTE including super across the brand. Quality time with clients – as a Travel Associates consultant we don’t service a queue, we meet with our clients at a mutually agreed time in exquisitely designed business locations, learning about them to create a lasting travel partnership. Autonomy, freedom and flexibility – you run your day and client relationships to suit your own unique style. Flexible work arrangements including part time and full time are available.
