Royal Constructions Pty Ltd – Smeaton Grange NSW Royal Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking a full‑time skilled Building/Construction Estimator to join our residential construction team. You’ll prepare cost estimates and plans for custom homes and renovations, working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Benefits Competitive salary range: AUD $100,000 – $125,000 per annum Long‑term career pathway with a licensed NSW builder Diverse portfolio of custom homes and renovations Supportive team culture and professional development Projects located across Sydney and surrounding regions Responsibilities Analyze blueprints and documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates Consult with clients, vendors, and construction teams to refine estimates Prepare cost plans and expenditure statements for budgeting and scheduling Track actual costs and assess cost-effectiveness throughout project lifecycle Maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems Interpret building plans, regulations, and codes of practice Qualifications & Experience A minimum Diploma‑level qualification in Building and Construction or a related field At least 1 year of full‑time experience in a building supervisory or estimating role Strong knowledge of site coordination, WHS regulations, and building codes Excellent communication and organisational skills About the Company Royal Constructions Pty Ltd is a licensed builder based in NSW, specialising in custom homes, renovations, and residential construction.
