We are made up of four specialist service areas: St Louis Homes – NDIS‑approved provider for younger onset dementia St Louis Home Care – Government‑approved and private support at home care provider St Louis Nursing Home – Boutique residential aged care St Louis Allied Health – Covering both Metro and Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) allied health services supporting South Australian communities We are looking for experienced and passionate NDIS Support Workers to join our St Louis Homes team in Parkside. In this client‑focused, premium care environment you will work under the guidance of our Dementia Care Specialists, supporting clients with personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities and community participation. To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have: A person‑centred approach to supporting people in their daily living Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours (advantage) Reliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts Essentials: Current influenza vaccination. National Police Clearance (no more than 2 years old). Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. Current Australian Driver's Licence (minimum P2).
