About the role

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer within our Residential Aged Care portfolio. This role is responsible for the development of the end-to-end Commonwealth funding claims preparation, submission, reconciliation and rectification relating to our 14 Residential Aged Care residences.

About you

You will have extensive previous experience in a similar role. You have excellent attention to detail and know the funding rules for appropriate claiming of subsidies and supplements, means-tested fee adjustments and communication skills to handle our internal and external customers as well as working with Services Australia. As a strong communicator you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.Organised and methodical in your approach to work, you prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.

Skills and Experience :

Extensive experience in an AR position in Aged Care

Extensive knowledge of Commonwealth Funding for Aged Care

Ability to reconcile accounts and rectify discrepancies.

Outstanding Customer Services skills

Ability to investigate and resolve enquiries.

Excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to meet required deadlines.

Ability to prepare monthly reports.

Experience with Epicor desirable, intermediate Excel skills
