The venue is a busy and vibrant venue that serves bistro style food plus a full menu. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team. Qualifications About you Trade qualified with three or more years’ experience Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills Can produce consistent quality Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude Own traditional uniform and knives Have experience in quality a la carte dining Have a keen eye with high attention to detail Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions Application Requirements All applicants must have full and unrestricted working rights within Australia.
