Company Description We are searching for a new or recent graduate vet associate to support our fantastic vet director and close-knit team at Greencross Crown St, West Wollongong, and who would like the rare opportunity to be part of our Graduate Development program at this wonderful location. Job Description What can you expect during the Greencross Graduate Program? 18-month Graduate Development Program: Permanent position with structured Graduate Development Program for the first 18-months. The program offers you the opportunity to build on your day one competencies to continue learning and developing through structured modules, practical workshops, and clinical placements. Diverse opportunities: Choose clinical placements that align with your interests with options including Specialty & Emergency hospitals, the RSPCA, and international & charitable placements through the Petbarn Foundation. Join a group of peers: enjoy the camaraderie and support that comes from being part of the Greencross Graduate Development Program cohort, our graduates are encouraged to network allowing you to exchange ideas and experiences with your peers. This is a great way to feel less alone and isolated as you take the leap into clinical practice. Clinical conference: You will be invited to attend our Greencross Clinical Conference. Held every October this is Australia’s largest annual, veterinary clinical symposium. Qualifications As a new vet with Greencross, you'll be introduced to consulting, surgical and medical case management, at a pace you comfortable with.
