We are a local, multi-franchise, high volume car dealership offering great opportunity for successwithin the industry. We are Ballarat’s largest motor vehicle dealership group, operating from two large dealership sites across Wendouree. We are on the lookout for high-achieving professionals to join our team as New/Used Sales Consultants This excellent career opportunity is available with an attractive commission based salary,bonus incentives and a 5 day working weekfor the right candidate. Duties and Responsibilities Build positive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including dealership management and staff, customers, vehicle manufacturers and finance providers. We are interested in hearing from those who have Previous experience as a Sales Consultant in the automotive industry (Preferable but not essential) Have the drive and motivation to succeed and go the extra mile to achieve results Have Excellent customer service skills and the ability to profile a customer's needs Be self-disciplined and Process Driven. The ability to work autonomously and in a team. Brilliant Interpersonal Skills. Presentable & Articulate. High attention to Detail.
