The Role Welcome patients and make them feel comfortable and cared for Manage appointments, billing, and payments Answer calls, schedule bookings, and confirm appointments Enter patient information accurately into our clinical systems Help with general admin to keep the clinic running smoothly Requirements Full working rights and permanent residency in Australia A friendly, professional, and approachable manner, you genuinely enjoy helping people Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment Confidence using computers, including Word, Excel, and Outlook A current driver’s licence and access to a car Experience in medical reception, technician work, or HealthTrack is a bonus, but not essential Benefits Full training will be provided for the successful applicants This is a full‑time position.
