Blu by Adcorp is seeking experienced Truck Drivers for an ongoing opportunity with a well-established organisation in the Ballina region. This role offers stability, excellent training opportunities, and the chance to progress into a specialised tanker driver position delivering LPG gas to commercial clients and service stations. About the Role You will be responsible for conducting multi-drop deliveries of gas cylinders to customers across Ballina and the surrounding areas. The position also includes general yard and manual handling duties, such as filling and cleaning gas bottles, and supporting daily operations. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training to advance into a tanker driver position for commercial LPG deliveries. Key Responsibilities Complete multi-drop deliveries across the Ballina region Perform manual handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and cylinder maintenance Assist with general yard duties as required Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with safety standards Provide excellent customer service and uphold company values on every delivery About You Hold a current HR Licence (MR or above also accepted) Proven experience operating MR / HR trucks in a delivery or logistics environment Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks Strong communication and time management skills Must be able to pass: Pre-employment medical (PEM) Drug & Alcohol test Police check Driving history report Role Details Location : Ballina, NSW Hours : Monday to Friday, 8-hour+ shifts (start times vary between 4am–6am) Pay Rate : $38.85 per hour PPE Required : Long work pants, steel cap boots, and long-sleeve yellow hi-vis Why Join Work for a respected and established company in the gas industry Enjoy long-term employment with professional training and progression pathways Be part of a supportive team culture while working autonomously day-to-day How to Apply If you’re an experienced driver looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with genuine career progression, we’d love to hear from you.
