Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Inner North Medical Clinic Inner North Medical Clinic – Brunswick East VIC The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (AHPRA‑registered) to join our expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high‑quality, patient‑centred consultations in our medical cannabis program, both in‑clinic and via telehealth. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to assess patient suitability for medicinal cannabis and other integrative therapies, and to develop personalised treatment plans that support optimal health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and telehealth consultations. Assess suitability for cannabinoid therapy and develop tailored care plans. Prescribe and monitor medicinal cannabis in accordance with current clinical guidelines. Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential medical records. Educate patients on safe use of cannabinoid medicine, lifestyle modification, and complementary therapies. Collaborate effectively with medical practitioners and support staff. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation. About You Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience in plant‑based medicine prescribing, or relevant educational qualifications (TGA). Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills. Compassionate, professional, and committed to patient‑centred care. Comfortable with technology, including electronic medical records and telehealth platforms.
