From pouring the perfect beer and shaking up cocktails, to serving delicious meals, perfecting your latte art, or delivering exceptional service in our gaming, events and kitchen areas, you’ll be part of a team that makes every moment unforgettable. The ability to keep calm under pressure Desire to work in a team environment Current RSA and RCG Competency. Advanced RCG is desirable but not essential. Availability and flexibility to work late nights, weekends and public holidays Previous hospitality experience is highly desirable Your Commitment We want you to be autonomous and will give you the trust to make key decisions. Flexibility is a must and is required to meet the needs of a 7‑day‑a‑week hospitality business.
