SHE-com - Member Growth Manager Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia Overview As a Member Growth Manager, your primary responsibility will be to close sales and convert leads into committed clients. You will lead discovery calls and use your expertise in sales to deliver tailored solutions to female entrepreneurs, ensuring they see the value in SHE-com's offerings and feel supported in their journey. This role is all about building trust, understanding client needs, and delivering impactful results. What You’ll Do Conduct discovery calls to understand the specific needs of female entrepreneurs and present the value of SHE-com's programs with confidence and clarity. Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs set by the executive team. Drive sales of our core offerings: Start‑Up Program, Academy+, Scale Mastermind Program, and Retreats. Handle objections effectively, using empathy‑driven sales techniques to address concerns and guide prospects toward confident decisions. Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long‑term engagement. Work closely with the sales team and Head of Growth to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience. What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce or a related field. A strong understanding of the e‑commerce landscape and the unique challenges faced by female entrepreneurs. Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM or similar systems for lead management and tracking. A proactive attitude and ability to navigate objections and close deals with confidence. A passion for helping female entrepreneurs succeed and a strong alignment with SHE‑com's mission and values.
