Security Supervisor – Australian Catholic University, Queensland (Brisbane) Australian Concert & Entertainment Security – Brisbane QLD We are seeking experienced Security Supervisors to join our team at an internationally renowned education institution – Australian Catholic University (ACU) in Queensland (Brisbane). This role is ideal for a career security professional who leads by example and is capable of working autonomously across a wide range of operational activities. As a Security Supervisor , you will engage with clients, academics, students, and members of the public in a highly visible leadership role – providing professional information services while ensuring the safety and security of all people and property. This is a Monday to Friday , day shift only role, offering consistency, stability, and a strong work-life balance, with the option for additional shifts when available. You will also act as the primary liaison and be responsible for leading a professional team of Security Rovers, delivering accurate and timely responses to enquiries and incidents, while identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance. Shifts available across morning and afternoon periods 7-day rotating roster Ideal for those seeking flexible, casual work in a dynamic campus environment Responsibilities and Duties Support, direct, and coordinate small to medium-sized teams, including incident and emergency management. Prepare and deliver shift operational briefs. Conduct foot patrols of the campus, observe and report incidents, and manage on-site responses. Ensure service delivery meets high-performance standards and contributes to ongoing operational improvement. Work in accordance with ACU and ACESGroup WH&S guidelines. Monitor facilities to reduce risk and ensure public safety. Prepare security records and incident reports. Manage and monitor facility access control systems.
