Our business is experiencing rapid growth - and with global ambitions, that is set to keep climbing THE ROLE: We’re on the hunt for a number-loving legend who’s as passionate about our industry as they are about balancing the books. You’ll play a key support role to our CFO, making sure our finances run smoother than a well-frothed flat white. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be diving into: Wrangling all Accounts Payable transactions and payments like a pro Reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts (finding any sneaky strays) Managing Payroll Keeping a close eye on cash flow Helping with month-end invoicing Supporting at month-end and year-end close Owning BAS and IAS Delivering weekly operational reporting Supporting project tracking and keeping budgets in check Keeping us on the right side of compliance Being the go‑to finance buddy for management and our wider crew of Wiredos WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU: A genuine passion for both the work we do and the craft of bookkeeping The ability to juggle tasks and prioritise Strong organisational skills — you like to keep things structured, accurate, and on track Clear, confident communication skills — written and verbal A collaborative approach — you’re comfortable liaising with all parts of the business and know teamwork delivers the best results A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on varied tasks as they come up WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or Assistant Accountant Strong and demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel Agency or service industry experience Comfortable managing multiple tasks, with high attention to detail and accuracy WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: You are a reliable, detail‑oriented, and a trusted support for the CFO and wider team Your teammates value your input and give positive feedback on the way you work with them Day‑to‑day financial operations run smoothly thanks to your contributions You’re showing a growing understanding of our business — and a genuine passion for being part of it THE PACKAGE: Part‑time permanent role – 15 hours per week (with potential to increase as we grow) Part time hours, spread across the week – Mon, Weds and Thurs Extra leave (7 additional types), including Wiredmas in July long weekend Inclusive paid parental leave policy, plus extra support pre and post becoming a parent (covering both human and fur babies) Awesome vibrant office and fun loving people Ability to work anywhere in the world for up to one month a year (We call this WiredConnect™) WiredWellness™: Access to wellness initiatives, including mental health training Access to ReWired™: Monthly team and cultural/social events Access to School Of Wired™: Our dedicated professional development program Wired Rewards™: Benefits for time served incl. extra holiday and cash bonuses Ready to get Wired?
