All Purpose Pumps (APP) has dedicated offices and manufacturing facilities in both Hoppers Crossing and Corio, Victoria. Join Our Team We are currently seeking a hands‑on, reliable Service Technician with an Electrical License and experience (preferably) in the pumps industry to join our growing team. About the Role This is a field‑based role involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of pump systems, including: Booster and hydraulic pump systems Under‑sink and wastewater units Sewage and stormwater pumps Fire pump systems and more You’ll regularly attend commercial, residential, and industrial sites, often working in pump pits, grease traps, confined spaces, and wastewater treatment areas. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair a wide range of pump systems Diagnoses and troubleshoots of electrical and mechanical issues Perform preventative maintenance and emergency callouts Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Complete accurate service reports, checklists, and documentation Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams Adhere to all WHS/OHS and site‑specific safety protocols What We’re Looking For Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in hydraulics system servicing or similar industry A Grade Electrician License (highly desirable) Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Experience working in confined spaces and around wastewater Sound fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals Police Check and Working With Children Check (WCC) Confined Space certification and White Card (desirable) Physically fit and safety‑conscious What We Offer Monthly RDO and Birthday Leave Fully equipped service vehicle, fuel card, phone, tools and uniform Employee reward and recognition program Training will be provided Further Information Successful applicant will be required to provide certified copies of qualifications and Full Australian working rights.
