We’re looking for an energetic Bistro Manager to lead our front‑of‑house bistro operations and drive our growing functions business. ABOUT THE ROLE As our Bistro Manager , you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing daily bistro service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Leading and motivating FOH staff to deliver exceptional service Managing bookings, floor plans, staffing levels, and shift supervision Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer care Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and communication Leadership & Admin Supervising and training FOH staff Rostering Stock ordering, reporting, and daily operational paperwork Ensuring compliance with RSA, safety, and venue policies WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’ll be successful in this role if you have: Previous experience in hospitality management (bistro, restaurant, or events) Strong customer service and people‑management skills Experience running functions or events Excellent communication and organisation A hands‑on, positive, and solutions‑focused approach Ability to work nights/weekends as required Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
