Position Profile: The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) KarlarraHouse position will work in partnership with the Facility Managerto ensure high standards of clinical care to residents, consistentwith the Aged Care Quality Standards and WACHS Clinical GovernanceFramework. The position will provide clinical leadership, nursingconsultancy and support to the clinical team promoting personcentered, compassionate care to all residents that reflects theWACHS values. Area ProfileKarlarraHouse, located in Port Hedland in Western Australia’s Pilbararegion, is the WA Country Health Service’s only stand-aloneresidential aged care facility. This 56-bed service supports olderAboriginal and non-Aboriginal residents with complex needs,including advanced dementia and chronic conditions, through adedicated team of nurses, care assistants and an Aboriginal LiaisonOfficer.
