Diggers at The Entrance – The Entrance NSW Diggers The Entrance is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Officer / Handyman to join our team and keep our Club looking great and running smoothly every day. Do you love fixing things and keeping facilities looking their best? You are practical, proactive and take pride in your work. You’re the type of handyman all‑rounder who spots a problem before anyone else and already has a plan to fix it. You can manage your time well, work safely and enjoy a bit of variety in your day. No two days are the same, you’ll have the chance to work independently whilst also teaming up with service contractors and staff to get the job done. As our go‑to person for all things maintenance handling repairs, preventative checks and general upkeep across the Club within our bars, kitchens to our new outdoor spaces featuring pickleball courts and a bowling green. What You’ll Be Doing Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and repair tasks across the Club. Handle a variety of jobs - basic carpentry, painting, plastering, plumbing and electrical (non‑licensed). Keep our facilities safe, clean and compliant with WHS standards. Help coordinate and supervise external service contractors. Maintain our outdoor general areas and car parks. Assist with event setups and other hands‑on club cleaning tasks when needed. What We’re Looking For Experience in a maintenance or handyman role (hospitality, clubs or commercial facilities preferred). Good all‑round practical skills across multiple trades. Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual tasks. General WHS knowledge and commitment to safety. Why Apply? Supportive, community‑focused team culture.
