If you’re driven by success, love connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team What you’ll do: Engage & Impress: Welcome visitors to our display homes and create unforgettable first impressions Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting connections with potential buyers, understanding their unique lifestyle needs and budget Showcase & Sell: Present Clarendon’s stunning home designs and inclusions, matching the right home to the right buyer Generate Leads: Be proactive in driving business through networking, referrals, online platforms, and local community engagement Guide Clients: Take clients through the entire sales journey, from their first inquiry all the way to contract signing Collaborate: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to the build phase What you’ll love about working with us: No need to find listings – we deliver traffic and leads directly to you, giving you more time to focus on what you do best Brand new display centre with 3 amazing homes, allowing you to showcase our stunning designs to potential buyers Great ongoing training and support provided through the CPG Academy, helping you develop your skills and build your career High earnings potential with a competitive base salary and generous commission structure About you You’re a go-getter with a passion for real estate and a knack for building relationships.
