About the Role You’ll provide essential administrative support to our team, including: General administration and office support Preparing and lodging council applications Job management and scheduling assistance Tracking job costs and expenses Preparing handover and project documentation Managing defect lists and follow‑ups Booking travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, hire vehicles) Assisting with social media updates 10-15 hours/week to begin with About You Organised, reliable, and detail‑focused A confident communicator and problem‑solver Able to work independently and manage competing priorities Proficient with computers and administration systems Experience in a previous admin role is essential, and experience within a trade‑based or construction business will be highly regarded. Simpro experience is advantageous but not essential — training can be provided for the right person.
