We are currently seeking Optical & Audiology Assistants to join our dynamic Armidale team. Our Optical & Audiology Assistants play a vital role in our stores, and will be responsible for: Providing a high-level customer service on the retail floor, and assisting with frames selection Providing in-depth product information Managing our busy diary of customer appointments Adjusting and fitting customers frames and hearing devices - ensuring our product exceeds their expectations Ensuring merchandising standards are met, including general cleanliness of the store As Optical & Audiology Assistant, you will possess the following skills and experience: A passion for providing the highest customer service and aftercare Able to build rapport & adopts good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers Strong computer literacy and basic math skills, with strong attention to detail Good standard of personal presentation Initiative, punctuality and reliability An interest in understanding Optical & Audiology Retail Able to work cohesively and productively within a team Flexible to work retail hours which will include some late nights, public holidays and weekends Audiology industry experience is desirable, but not essential.
