About The Role This position will commence in Term 1, 2026. As an OSHC Coordinator you will lead your own service, providing trusted before‑and‑after‑school care and holiday programmes that support local families. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging programmes for children 5‑12 years of age. Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community. Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and grow within the industry. Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly. Hours: 7:00 am – 9:00 am & 2:15 pm – 6:30 pm, plus weekly admin hours. Monday to Friday only – no weekend work. Qualifications Completed or currently studying an ACECQA‑recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check for details relevant to your state. A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state. Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
