Join to apply for the Learn To Swim Instructor role at Bendigo Advertiser This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learn to Swim Instructor located in Warners Bay, NSW. The instructor will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels in a safe and engaging manner. Responsibilities Plan and deliver structured lessons. Monitor and assess student progress. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Provide feedback to students and parents. Maintain a positive learning environment. Assist in the upkeep of pool facilities as needed. Qualifications Strong skills in swim instruction, aquatic safety, and water safety practices. Ability to design lesson plans and adapt teaching styles for different ages and skill levels. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively. Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Swim Instructor Training or other relevant certifications. Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching swimming and water safety. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Prior experience as a swim instructor or in the aquatics/recreation field is highly desirable.
