Job Description About the Role Join SAE University College and lead a team of 12 National Course Advisors across five campuses around Australia. This role is all about inspiring your team to engage with future students - helping them find the right course to transform their lives. You’ll play a key part in driving student recruitment and ensuring every interaction is customer-focused and aligned with SAE’s mission to empower creative professionals. What you’ll be doing : Sales Leadership & Performance Lead, coach, and manage a national sales team of up to 12 National Course Advisors Drive individual and team sales performance against enrolment and revenue targets Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, call quality, pipeline management, and activity levels Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews Implement sales strategies to improve outcomes across diverse markets and programs Assistance with managing domestic sales operational plans in conjunction with the Sales Manager, SAE Australia and other senior staff as required. People Management & Development Recruit, onboard, and train new team members Coordination of National Course Advisor at marketing events across Australia as required Participating in marketing events across Australia as required Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and capability development Build a high-performance, inclusive team culture across hybrid and remote environments Identify high-potential staff and support succession planning and career development Manage performance issues professionally and in line with HR policies Other project orientated duties as required Quality, Compliance & Student Experience Ensure all recruitment activity complies with regulatory and organisational requirements Maintain high standards of call quality, ethical selling, and student engagement Review calls and provide structured feedback to improve advisor effectiveness Resolve escalated customer concerns and feedback within service level agreements Ensure accurate documentation and CRM usage Assist staff with student communications - providing detailed and accurate course, career and other jobs market information pertaining to SAE and the creative media industry Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration Prepare and present performance reports and insights to leadership Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Compliance teams Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation Being a leader and advocate of the SAE sales and recruitment team, establishing and maintaining productive relationships with other SAE academic and service divisions across all campus locations The team you will lead will be responsible for : Connect with Future Students : Engage Domestic and international student enquiries primarily over the phone, email, and web platforms to support their decision-making journey. Your Team will Deliver Course Guidance : Provide accurate and relevant information on programs, entry requirements, visa implications, and support services. Pipeline Management : Manage a portfolio of prospective students using CRM tools, progressing leads through the enrolment funnel. Data and CRM Accuracy : Maintain timely and accurate records of all activity and correspondence using Salesforce and internal platforms. Qualifications Who we are looking for : We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and ready to be the friendly voice on the other end of the line for our international students. You’ll bring : Proven experience leading a sales or contact centre team, ideally within education, training, or services Strong coaching and people-leadership capability with a track record of improving performance Experience managing remote and nationally dispersed teams A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and act. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills Experience using Salesforce or similar platforms to track leads and student engagement.
