The Opportunity We are seeking a Junior Buyer to support the Head of Category in all day-to-day activities to source and procure merchandise and execute the category strategy. The position will promote product ranges across the luxury Watches, Jewellery & Fashion categories to achieve organisational KPIs and develop and grow supplier relationships by negotiating product prices and ranges to meet targets. Your Duties Will Include Support the delivery of the Category and Purchasing strategy set by the Head of Category. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Oversee product ranges, newness, promotions, and brand performance. Monitor stock availability, replenishment needs, and aged inventory across all locations. Identify underperforming products and recommend actions such as promotions, markdowns, or vendor returns. Raise and manage purchase orders end-to-end, ensuring accurate data, on-time delivery, and issue resolution. Work closely with logistics, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to support smooth stock flow. About You Proven experience in retail buying or similar role Bachelor's degree in a related field Advanced Microsoft skills (excluding Access) Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage various competing priorities and proactive problem solving.
