Member Service Officer

As a Member Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Members, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable support. You’ll help Members meet their financial goals and everyday banking needs, ensuring every interaction reflects our core values ofIntegrity, Respect, and Care . Flexibility to work across our Maitland, East Maitland and Rutherford Branches is required. About You To be considered for this role, we are looking for: Experience in face-to-face customer service and banking is highly valued; retail or hospitality backgrounds will also be considered. High volume cash handling skills, with the ability to complete end of day balancing. Ability to learn products and services and confidently recommend them based on customer needs. Experience of working in line with policies and procedures. Good computer skills and able to navigate systems with ease. You thrive in a dynamic team setting but are self-driven and enjoy a fast paced and changing environment. A valid driver’s licence to travel between Branches. Tier II certification is preferred. This is a full-time opportunity; workdays and hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm, and minimum two Saturday shifts a month, 8:45am to 12:15pm. Why Join Us?
