Temporary Fencing Installer

We’re looking for a reliable, safety‑conscious, and hardworking Temporary Fencing Installer to join our team. You’ll install and remove temporary fencing on construction sites, events, and other short‑term projects. This hands‑on, active role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing a quality job, and can represent the business professionally on‑site. You’ll be trusted to manage your vehicle, equipment, and daily schedule – with full support from the office and operations team. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety and compliance procedures (including SWMS and PPE). Load and unload fencing equipment. Conduct site assessments to determine layout, hazards, and access. Install fencing securely, neatly, and to company quality standards. Assess if additional materials are required and update job records. Take site photos and complete digital job checklists. Communicate with site contacts professionally and clearly. Remove fencing safely at the end of the hire period. Record and report any damaged or missing stock. Clean, inspect, and store fencing materials back at the yard. What We’re Looking For Practical, physically fit, and happy to work outdoors in all conditions. Positive attitude, reliability, and good time management. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to work independently and in small teams. Good communication skills with site staff and office team. Valid manual driver’s licence (truck licence preferred). White Card (Construction Induction), forklift licence or experience with small plant/equipment are a plus. Must have Australian work rights or valid work visa.
