We are seeking a capable and passionate person to be the Centre Directors of our 79 place centre located close to Parramatta. Must have Centre Director experience, an approved Diploma of Children's Services or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and leadership experience. Minimum 2 years of Centre Director experience is required for this position. Candidates must hold a Diploma in Children's Services, Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood, or equivalent qualification. Responsibilities include: Lead, manage, motivate and mentor a team of educators, liaison with families Administrative duties, including but not limited to app usage, emails, accounts, rostering, and enrolments Guiding educators professional development and performance Ensuring an inclusive, supportive and safe educational environment for all children Involved in marketing the service (alongside marketing team) Organising informal events for the centre Maintaining and assuring the high quality of the service in consideration of the NQS Excellent knowledge of the EYLF You will be part of a greater management team which aims to support and invest in your career progression and professional development. You'll be invited to join in our networking meeting with other directors every six weeks during work hours. We understand the importance of a work/ home balance and aim to support yours.
