The Visa Leadership Associate (VLA) Program offers a unique leadership development experience that enables high potential early career talent to build the broad capabilities and necessary experience to pursue a career as a future commercial leader at Visa. Our world class programming will allow participants to build their network understand our business obtain a global mindset and acquire new skills on their journey to becoming the next generation of Visa leaders. Through experiencing four six-month rotational assignments across the breadth of our business over the two-year program our VLA graduates will be able to hone their business acumen while making a direct impact to Visas business. Program Highlights Business Insight : Rotational assignments span key areas of Visas business (e.g. Consulting Product Value Added Services etc.) and VLA graduates will gain valuable skills and experiences that are aligned with their career goals and growth areas. Training & Development : Curated training courses in varied learning formats will be offered to expand business and industry knowledge and develop professional and technical skills. Networking Opportunities : Meaningful exposure to Visa leaders and subject matter experts will enable VLA graduates to broaden their perspectives and think more strategically. Career Progression : VLA graduates will have diverse opportunities for career progressionafter program completion. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week based on business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Currently in the final year of an accredited Bachelors degree program OR have graduated from university no earlier than February 2025. Available to join full-time when the program commences in February 2026 in Sydney. Permanent authorization to work in Australia is a precondition of employment as Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this program. Preferred Qualifications All majors are welcome to apply Strong leadership potential demonstrated through professional academic extra-curricular or volunteer experiences Professional maturity with a strong work ethic Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical / numerical abilities Intellectual curiosity with a keen appetite for learning Resourceful with proven problem-solving capabilities Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs Collaborative team player with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
