Leader of Learning Diversity (Teacher & POL) St Bede’s College is a dual campus Catholic College providing a secondary education to boys in the Lasallian tradition. A two-year Position of Leadership (2026 – 2027) with teaching load Opportunity to join a supportive and values driven community Be a part of inclusive education that transforms lives Commencement January 2026 About the Opportunity As a Leader of Learning Diversity you will play a pivotal role in ensuring students with diverse learning needs are supported to thrive emotionally, academically and socially. Working collaboratively with other Leaders and reporting to the Head of Learning Diversity, you will lead initiatives across the College. Manage student support processes, including PSG meetings, adjustments and transition pathways Support the Learning Diversity Department in delivering high‑quality programs Oversee the collection of evidence for NCCD processes and ensure compliance Identify students with diverse learning needs and liaise with staff, parents, and external professionals Carry a teaching load, contributing to the academic growth of students in the classroom About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: A strong commitment to Catholic ethos and Lasallian values Proven expertise in learning interventions, developmental programs and curriculum adjustments A high level of commitment to student wellbeing beyond the classroom Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with students, colleagues and parents To Apply Please follow the instructions on the College Employment Webpage, where you can view the Position Description and download the Teacher Employment Application Form.
