Practice and Development Program Support Cape York Gulf Remote Area Aboriginal And Torres Strait Islander Child Care Advisory Association Inc – Cairns QLD RAATISC are looking for a committed, skilled and passionate individual to join the friendly RAATSIC team as a Practice and Development Program Support, Fulltime, SCHADS Level 3 until June 2026 with the possibility of extension. Position Purpose Are you creative, proactive, and eager to start your career in practice development or organisational improvement? This is an exciting opportunity to join our Practice and Development team in a supportive role where you'll learn, grow, and make a real contribution. Reporting to the Practice and Development Manager, you'll provide practical support to the team by assisting with projects, creating resources, and supporting training and improvement initiatives across the organisation. The Opportunity Assist with coordination and administration of practice development projects Create visual materials including posters, flyers, infographics, and presentations Support setup and logistics for workshops, training sessions, and learning events Draft internal communications about training opportunities Maintain project documentation, resource libraries, and databases Collect and compile data, prepare reports, and gather feedback Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes About You You're a positive, solutions-focused team player with strong interpersonal skills and a creative flair. You're flexible, adaptable, and eager to develop professionally while contributing to meaningful work in the community services sector.
