Responsibilities Headcount Management & Strategic Planning – oversee IMG Design headcount, partner with HR shared services on talent movements, provide reports for staffing decisions. Financial Analysis & Budgeting – analyze and reconcile financial data, manage annual departmental budgets, ensure invoice accuracy. Reporting & Compliance – prepare and update headcount and budget reports, present to senior management, ensure compliance with internal policies. Studio Program & Feasibility Support – lead Design programs through studio feasibility and QOS processes from concept to approval. Work Plan & Documentation – maintain studio work plans, property plans, surface release plans, program summaries, and trackers; lead market research and feasibility studies. Operational Support – assist the Studio Design Manager with agenda and topic planning for Product Development, Program, and Design Forums. Process Improvement – develop and implement processes for accurate and timely financial and headcount data. Qualifications Minimum 5 years budgeting, financial analysis, and headcount management experience; knowledge of accounting principles and reporting requirements. Advanced Excel proficiency; extensive experience with financial and budgeting processes. Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset; ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to present findings and collaborate effectively. Proactive, self‑motivated individual. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, engineering, finance, business or related field. Experience in a global design context. Broad industry knowledge – engineering, manufacturing, quality, HR systems. Experience working with designers or in a creative environment. Adaptability – ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, adjusting quickly to shifting priorities.
