About the Role We are in search of an enthusiastic and experienced Pharmacist In-Charge who is ready to elevate their career. You will be working in a low script trade pharmacy as the sole Pharmacist and employee dispensing approximately 50 prescriptions using Minfos dispense, packing and checking 30 Webster packs. This opportunity is based on the west coast of Tasmania commencing late October 2025. As the Pharmacist In-Charge, your main focus will be to meet all professional and ethical standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service with the aim of building strong relationships with our customers, fostering repeat business, and ensuring the long-term prosperity of the pharmacy and to ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently. About our Ideal Candidate You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills You are able to deliver exceptional customer service You have strong time management and organisational skills You enjoy interacting with customers You are friendly and approachable You have excellent attention to detail You are able to work as a sole Pharmacist and employee You have experience with KPIs, budgets etc. The Location Nestled among rugged mountains and hills surrounded by natural beauty located approximately two and a half hours from Devonport and four hours from Hobart. Once known as Silver City and Tasmania’s third-largest settlement during its mining heyday, this town features several grand historic buildings clustered on Main Street. The Offer You will be required to work full time hours on a Monday-Friday 9:30am-5pm roster at an attractive rate of $65-$70 per hour + super based on experience.
