With egg‑citing growth and expansion on the horizon, now’s a great time to join us and be part of our continued success About the Role We’re on the hunt for a Forklift Operator / Production All‑Rounder to join our hardworking team at Horsley Park. In this varied, hands‑on role, you’ll split your time across production and forklift operations, helping to keep everything running smoothly. What you’ll be doing Load and unload trucks and containers Transfer packaging from the packaging warehouse to production Operate safely in a fast‑paced environment Production Duties Palletise boxes and move them using pallet jacks Wrap and store pallets Load stacks of eggs onto the loader belt Support the production team with general duties as needed Please note work hours are based on a 4-day rotating roster, but flexibility to work 5 days is required at times depending on demand. About You You’re reliable, physically fit, and enjoy variety in your workday. You thrive in a fast‑moving team environment and take pride in keeping operations running efficiently and safely.
