Getting straight to work – access to exciting projects and clients to apply your skills Key attributes for success Tertiary education in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related degree. Recent graduate (to 2 years of experience) or someone looking for a career change. Ability to commit to fieldwork programs that include visiting project sites to conduct field studies and collect environmental data and samples. Strong commitment to safety; ability to follow established health and safety protocols. Effective written and verbal communication; organizational and analytical skills; experience recording, inputting, and managing technical data and preparing reports. Understanding of or experience working with data management software/databases would be beneficial. Attention to detail, ability to multi‑task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to succeed in a consulting environment, simultaneously handling multiple project assignments and meeting strict deadlines. Dependable, with integrity, respect, positive outlook, customer focus, and the ability to work as a team player. Valid driver’s licence and a good driving record.
