Education Practitioner - Family and Community Centacare South West NSW is expanding its footprint in the education sector, and we’re excited to welcome passionate practitioners to join us on this journey. We are looking for a committed Family and Community Education Practitioner to support families and communities in enhancing wellbeing, safety, resilience, and positive family functioning. A kind & caring approach to both clients and colleagues. Excellent relationship‑building & communication skills. Demonstrated experience delivering evidence‑based group programs, along with strong skills in outreach and community engagement. Essential Qualifications & Checks : A relevant Tertiary qualification Childhood Education, Community Services/Health, Counselling, Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field.
