Occupational Therapist – Contractor (NDIS, Flexible Caseload) Flourish Health Australia is a growing Melbourne‑based allied health practice specialising in Occupational Therapy services under the NDIS. We’re boutique, flexible, and focused on high‑quality clinical outcomes. We’re seeking Occupational Therapists to join us as independent contractors, taking on casual referrals and building a caseload at your pace. Perfect if you want flexibility, autonomy, and strong admin support without the grind of a large provider. Role Description Collaboratively working with participants, families and team members regarding intervention techniques NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Assistive Technology and ongoing therapy. Teaching specific skills in accordance with the goals, objectives and strategies identified in their NDIS plan Caseload: community visits across Melbourne metro + telehealth sessions. Workload: casual referrals at first, with scope to expand as our practice grows. Flexibility to accept referrals that suit your availability and expertise. What you need Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist ABN (independent contractor setup) Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance NDIS Worker Screening Check + WWCC (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with participants and their support networks Ability to operate independently and manage caseloads in a remote work environment Experience in the NDIS framework is highly desirable Ability to provide therapy services in various settings, including home and community environments What We Offer Competitive hourly contractor rates Flexibility – set your own hours Admin support – we handle referrals, service agreements, and billing setup.
