Base pay A$140,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr Group Finance Manager – 6 Month Contract $550-700p/d Renewable Energy Sydney (CBD) TAP are exclusively partnering with high-growth renewable energy businesses to support their search for a Group Finance Manager. This organisation is scaling rapidly across the APAC region and is seeking an experienced contractor to support the business through a period of expansion, transformation, and increased reporting demands. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend, offering the opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment and partner directly with senior leadership as the company navigates significant growth. In post, you will take full ownership of group consolidation, month-end processes, financial reporting, and implementation of internal controls within the business. You will act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring the Group’s financials are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Responsibilities Lead and manage the monthly group consolidation and reporting cycles Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, analysis and commentary Oversee month-end, balance sheet reviews, and group-level reconciliations Support preparation of statutory accounts and coordination of the external audit Strengthen and streamline financial controls, processes, and policies Drive improvements in reporting efficiency and data quality Support budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc financial modelling as required Provide technical accounting expertise (IFRS) and support ongoing projects Ideal Candidate Will Have CA/CPA/ACA/ACCA qualified with 3-5 years PQE Immediately available Strong knowledge of IFRS and external audit processes Experience working in fast-paced, transformation-heavy environment High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Seniority Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries: Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Andersen Partnership.
