As the Coordinator Facilities Management you will lead a small team to oversee and manage the City’s Building and Community Facilities Asset Management Plan (BMAP). This is a key position that will play a central role in shaping the long‑term/component renewal programs for our community assets, ensuring that the short‑term and long‑term capital works renewal models and programs align with the City’s Long-Term Financial Plan, and that all data and information are effectively captured and managed within the City’s systems.
