Melway Bin Hire & Demolitions Pty Ltd – Craigieburn VIC Full-Time | Craigieburn | Saturdays Required Salary: Based on Experience Melway Bin Hire & Demolition is looking for a reliable and experienced Bin Delivery & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Craigieburn. This is a full-time position with Saturday work required. About the Role You will oversee the day-to-day scheduling, coordination and management of skip bin deliveries, pick-ups and exchanges. Working closely with drivers and customers, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily skip bin deliveries, pick-ups and changeovers Manage bookings through our bin hire system Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely service Monitor schedules, job statuses and route planning Update system data, confirm bookings and adjust schedules as neededProvide excellent customer service via phone and email Support general office and operations tasks where required Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in the bin hire industry or a similar logistics/dispatch environment Experience using a hire booking / scheduling system Strong computer skills (email, scheduling tools, data entry, general systems) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work Saturdays Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills What We Offer Full-time stable position with an established, family-owned company Supportive team environment Salary based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
