Overview Join to apply for the Warehouse Supervisor role at Rarekind . Are you a Warehouse Team Leader ready to step up into a Warehouse Supervisor role with a high performing NSW team? Based at the Kemps Creek facility, you’ll supervise a close-knit team of five, overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring safety, compliance, and inventory accuracy remain on point. You’ll be responsible for setting standards, driving performance, and building a strong team culture while keeping workflows running smoothly. From toolbox talks and OH&S meetings to stock control, scheduling, and KPI management, you’ll be the key point of contact for freight providers, head office, and the warehouse team, ensuring alignment across all areas of the operation. Responsibilities Lead a hands-on warehouse team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring safety, compliance, and inventory accuracy. Set standards, drive performance, and build a strong team culture. Conduct toolbox talks and OH&S meetings; manage stock control, scheduling, and KPI reporting. Be the key point of contact for freight providers, head office, and warehouse team, ensuring cross‑site alignment. Qualifications 3+ years experience in a warehouse or distribution environment with current Team Leader or supervisory responsibilities. Direct people management experience. Ability to complete operational and KPI reporting and communicate results to stakeholders. Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one). Confident using warehouse systems (Pronto ERP experience is highly regarded). Demonstrates strong safety leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive team performance.
