As our business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, with planning and scheduling and project controls experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry, to join our Melbourne team.In this role you will not only support the delivery of a wide range of projects across the Information and Communications Technology space, but also have the opportunity to lead projects, establish client relationships and support the growth of the business across the expansive industries we service.As our Associate Director you will be responsible for;Learning from our industry experts, you will deliver our professional services including project controls, planning and scheduling, and risk management;Engage with clients and stakeholders on various ICT projects throughout the project lifecycle;Business development, secure and deliver new business opportunities;Contribute to the senior management team, responsible for technical delivery and employee engagement and development;Lead and mentor junior employees;What you'll bringWe are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following skills and expertise:Experience in providing a full range of project management advisory disciplines (scheduling, risk management, PMO leadership) across various phases of the delivery lifecycle;Proven experience in business development - securing and delivering new business opportunities;Demonstrated experience working within the Information Technology Industry;Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, ICT, Business or related field;Experience engaging directly with clients and managing client expectations including building and maintaining excellent customer relationships;Experience leading a team in a consultancy or advisory environment;Exposure to project design, project planning, project delivery, risk management, in the ICT industry;Proficiency in a number of planning and scheduling softwares including Microsoft Project;Previous experience in a consultancy setting is highly regarded;A high level of skill and understanding of planning and scheduling principles;Strong analytical problem-solving skills and high attention to detail;What TBH can offer youA culture that values people, fostering collaboration and flexibility.International exposure as our business operations continue to expand.Employee led initiatives in diversity, inclusion and social responsibility.Ongoing training and development.An environment which is committed to innovation and continuous improvement.A competitive salary plus bonus.Limitless opportunity to progress your career.TBH is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable to be their full selves at work.
