As a Program Specialist Leadership Development, you will partner with managers and senior leaders as a trusted internal consultant, identifying capability gaps and crafting innovative, high‑impact learning solutions across face‑to‑face, digital, and blended environments. This role is pivotal to driving cultural change, building resilient leadership, and supporting organisational reform. You will focus on developing frontline leaders, ensuring they have the skills, confidence, and mindset to lead with purpose and clarity—especially in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments. Working closely with the Learning & Development and Educations teams, you will translate strategy into action and foster a culture where learning fuels performance, wellbeing, and excellence. Passion for leadership development; knowledge and experience to contextualise and adapt program delivery to suit the needs of learners. Strong emotional intelligence; ability to read the room, adapt approaches in real time, foster psychological safety, and ensure all voices are heard. Drive to make a positive impact on service delivery and contribute to cultural change within NSW Ambulance. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with diverse teams and collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior managers. Commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all, fostering psychologically safe spaces for open discussion. Experience developing and delivering leadership programmes and resources, ideally within complex operational or healthcare environments.
