Role Details
We are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Officer to join our client’s team
Based in their office in Hazlemere, you will be working in a busy recruitment team handling recruitment/mobilisation activities of the business for a busy transport company.
Your days will consist of screening 100s of Truck Drivers and getting them through the recruitment process. This is an extremely busy, fast paced role with a lot of admin work.
This position is offered Monday to Friday (38 hours per week) on a casual basis for a 4-6 week minimum period.
Candidates Who Have Used Elmo Preferred.
Role Requirements and Qualifications
2 years’ experience in a similar position - customer focus role within an office environment.Experience in mobilisation and recruitment of blue-collar workforce.High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and high-quality work.A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.High level of organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.Good judgement and decision making.High level communication and IT skills.Ability to cooperate and work autonomously and in a team environment.
