Warehouse, Inventory & Operations Manager About Saya Saya Skincare is a luxury Australian skincare brand based in Noosa. We’re growing fast across D2C and B2B channels, and building the systems and structure to support that growth while staying true to the high standards the brand is known for. The Role We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and hands‑on Warehouse, Inventory & Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational flow across inventory, forecasting, cost control, logistics, procurement and fulfilment. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership – driving accuracy, efficiency and profitability across every part of the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee (and assist with) daily pick & pack of D2C, wholesale and hospitality orders Ensure luxury-standard packing, accurate dispatch and on-time delivery Manage StarShipit and courier systems, resolving exceptions quickly Negotiate and review shipping rates and freight efficiency to reduce costs Coordinate international logistics and freight forwarding, including stock transfers to offshore 3PL, ensuring compliant documentation and smooth global fulfilment Maintain relationships and performance with 3PL partner Own end‑to‑end inventory management across finished goods, samples, testers, refills and packaging Receive and reconcile inbound stock accurately in inventory management system; investigate discrepancies Forecast inventory and sales 3–6 months ahead, preventing stock‑outs Procure packaging and dispatch materials within budget and lead‑time targets Maintain accurate weekly inventory and reconciliation reports Systems & Barcoding Lead barcoding setup and maintenance in inventory management system (Unleashed) to streamline warehouse accuracy and speed Implement scanning processes for receipts, counts and dispatch Drive system improvements and ensure team training and compliance Warehouse Environment & Operational Management Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse layout that supports productivity, safety and brand standards Continually refine storage, flow and picking systems to maximise efficiency Ensure full WHS compliance, safety checks and housekeeping standards Develop and maintain clear SOPs for all operational tasks Cost Control & Reporting Control warehouse budgets (packaging, freight, supplies, casual wages) Track cost per order, identify efficiencies and protect margin Present operational and cost updates proactively You Are Commercially switched on and detail-driven – you think cost, process and precision. Hands‑on but strategic, as confident on the warehouse floor as in a forecast meeting. Calm, resourceful and proactive, you solve issues before they appear. A natural operator who leads by example and continuously improves systems, not just executes. Your Experience 5+ years in warehouse, inventory or operations management (beauty / FMCG / premium e‑comm ideal) Experience receiving stock, reconciling deliveries and managing ERP accuracy Proven track record in freight negotiation, international logistics and 3PL management Proficient in Unleashed, Shopify, StarShipit or similar systems Strong planning, forecasting and cost‑control mindset Confident leading and developing small teams Be part of a globally recognised Australian skincare brand with purpose and momentum.
