You willbringcoaching anddatainsightstodrive our people prioritiesand businessstrategy. LeveragingAI-enabledtools, you will help leaders make informed decisions,anticipateworkforceneedsand shape effective people solutions. As part of a large and competent People Team, supported by global Centres of Excellence, you will take ownership of core HR responsibilities and tailor solutions to meet the needs of your client group. This includes delivering the full annual employee cycle, leading strategic planning activity, contributing to keyHRprojects, and supporting change management programs and other initiatives that build afuture-readyorganisation. About you: You will be a degree-qualified HR professional withsolidexperience in the Mining & Metals industry, bringing expert knowledge across the full employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong HR Business Partner to step into a SeniorHRBusiness Partner role and make a real impact. Based in Perth with no FIFOrequired,you’llthrive on building deep client relationships and adding value to both the business andthepeople strategy. Your background will include: Seniorgeneralist HRprofessional, coupled with formal HR qualifications Demonstrated experience as aStrategicSenior HR Businesspartner withstrongbusinessacumen Demonstrated experience partnering withand coachingseniorleaders andleadershipteamstodeliver strategic plans Expert knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices Expert knowledge of generalist Human Resources best practice Experience in investigations of workplace and performance management issues Experience in managing projects of varying complexity and size Coaching qualificationswould be beneficial Experience in change management Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
